De Government Calendar(s) of CARNIVAL EVENTS- January 2017 to February 2017

Well folks, the Trinidad and Tobago National Carnival Commission has released its Calendar of Events for the Carnival 2017 Season. I must say that the calendar itself is a bit challenging to read, please TRY to see above or below.

Also, the Ministry of Community Development, Culture and the Arts have also produced a calendar, which features almost every activity including a few fetes and parties.  The calendar, as seen below, includes everything from Stick Fighting, Theatre Productions, Calypso Fiesta, Junior Panorama Finals, Re-enactment of Canboulay Riot, National Panorama Semi- Finals, Soca Monarch Finals, Champs of Steel Plus etc. etc...............

CreativeBusinessTnT is in full support of ALL aspects of the business of Carnival and we strongly recommend checking out some of the events. Trinidad and Tobago has MUCH more than fetes to offer!

CALL for SPOKEN WORD POETS!- National Poetry Slam 2017 Auditions!

It is BACKKKKKKK!  The National Poetry Slam has OFFICIALLY announced that auditions will be taking place on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th February 2017! Some of you would remember that last year's production was a rather large one, with the GRAND FINALS taking place in the historic GLOBE CINEMA. In fact, if you pass the cinema now you can still see last year's promotion flyers... ripped and torn... hanging on for dear life.

The audition rules are very straight forward and simply. Most notable the piece should be under five (5) minutes and you CAN READ from a sheet of paper...your phone...laptop...whatever.
